Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional fee, please contact the office ahead of time.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect your fellow guests.

Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park for safety of pedestrians, children, and pets.

Alcohol is permitted at your site, but public intoxication and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. No smoking inside any buildings, including restrooms, lodges, and the lounge.

Trash must be bagged and disposed of in the provided dumpsters near the park entrance.

Pets are welcome in the RV park. Pet breed and the number of pets allowed are subject to management approval.

No pets are allowed in the lodges.

Unregistered pets are subject to a $100 fine per pet, per reservation.

All RV sites include full hookups (30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer).

A $100 deposit is required for month to month RV rental sites. This deposit will be credited toward the final power bill.

Tent sites are primitive, with no fire rings or picnic tables.

Campers still have access to restrooms, showers, laundry, and Wi-Fi.

Generators are not allowed unless approved by management.

Fires are only permitted in park-provided fire pits when burn bans are not in effect.

Ask staff for current fire safety status. Keep your campsite tidy — outdoor storage, tarps, and clutter are discouraged.

Dumping gray or black water on the ground is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Lodges are non-smoking and non-vaping. Any violation will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

A maximum of 4 guests per lodge unless previously arranged.

Please do not move indoor furniture or tamper with fixtures.

Guests must report any lodge damage immediately. Repair costs for damages incurred during the stay may be charged to the guest, as outlined in our Terms and Services.

Lodges must be left in good condition. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning charge.

Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival.

50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.

No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

If you leave early, unused nights are non-refundable.

All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool or lounge areas.

Game lounge is open during office hours and includes a pool table and seating. Please clean up after use.

Pickleball court is available daily. Previous reservation at the front desk is required.

Lundry room is coin-operated and available 24/7. Please do not leave clothes unattended.

Respect quiet hours and avoid loud music or gatherings in shared areas during evening hours.
